In opdracht van Hinke Fongers Beheer B.V. is een volledig vernieuwde community area geopend in gebouw Tetrade I. Dit kantoorgebouw is gevestigd in Breda en maakt deel uit van de ‘Tetrade’-gebouwen, de vier meest prestigieuze kantoorgebouwen van Breda. Tetrade onderscheidt zich doormiddel van hoogwaardige architectuur en de toepassing van eersteklas materialen en een uitstekende afwerking.
Op steenworp afstand van het Stadshart staat het representatieve kantoorgebouw “Handelsplein”. Dit gebouw is als één van de laatste onderdelen van de omvangrijke “Stadshart ontwikkeling” gerealiseerd en heeft een moderne, hoogwaardige uitstraling.
