Belvédère – Earthly Delights Den Bosch

Our second location in Den Bosch is situated in a prominent, visible location in the southern part of the Paleiskwartier district, with a view over the Bossche Broek. It is within walking distance of Den Bosch Central Station. The striking office building is easily recognizable by the “sea containers” on top of the building and is a real landmark.

Until recently, the office was leased to a single tenant on a long-term basis and has recently been fully adapted for multi-tenant leasing.

An important part of the change from single tenant to multi-tenant is the creation of Belvédère – Earthly Delights, a stylish community area of almost 450m2 on the ground floor.

This is where tenants and visitors to the building meet. Here you will find a spacious coffee bar and reception area that serves breakfast and lunch, as well as various seating areas in different shapes and sizes.

What makes our operation here unique is that one of the tenants makes part of her meeting rooms available to other tenants. Booking the rooms, along with the associated invoicing and accountability, is an integral part of the earthly delights member portal. The one-stop shop for all available services in the building.
