The prestigious Handelsplein office building is located just a stone’s throw from the city center. This building was one of the last parts of the extensive city center development to be completed and has a modern, high-quality appearance. From January 2022, the ground floor of this building will house a community area with a Lemon & Beans coffee bar and reception in the center, as well as the Handelsplein Meeting Center. The Handelsplein Meeting Center has three meeting rooms, which can be combined by opening flexible walls to create a single 120 m² conference/event location.

On the second floor, there is a fully-fledged business center with 50 workstations spread over 15 fully furnished offices.

There are numerous multinational companies located near the building, including Nestlé, British American Tobacco, Yakult, Flynth Adviseurs en Accountants, and many others.
