Het Kabinet Den Bosch

In November 2022, a completely renovated community area opened in the Het Kabinet office building. Het Kabinet is located in the Paleiskwartier district, right next to the railway tracks and within walking distance of Den Bosch Central Station.

The central entrance area of Het Kabinet, the community area, is characterized by high-quality interior architecture and the use of first-class materials. Here you will find a Vascobelo coffee bar and reception area, space for flexible working, meeting, or enjoying lunch or the best barista coffee specialties in town.

From single tenant to multi tenant
After many years of being leased to a well-known publisher as a single tenant, Het Kabinet transformed from a single tenant office to a multi tenant office in mid-2022.

The publisher was able to operate on fewer floors post-COVID thanks to activity-based working. With the transformation to a multi-tenant office, centralized services such as a combined coffee bar (with breakfast and lunch facilities) and reception area in a pleasant community area became essential, both for existing tenants and new tenants. In the new setup, the publisher saves on services such as a reception and catering, which were previously managed in-house. Thanks to the shared services offered on the ground floor, new tenants can rent more efficiently on their own floor and make maximum use of the space they purchase for workplaces instead of setting up spaces as lunch rooms, meeting rooms, or reception areas. The ‘neutral layout’ of the new community area and the associated services make it ideal for both existing tenants and a wide range of potential new tenants.
