Orion Campus, Hoofddorp

This former PostNL office and parcel sorting location was completely renovated in mid-2021 into a high-quality multifunctional office location. The focus was on high-quality office space and climate control, combined with various facilities in the common area. Orion Campus offers its users a fully equipped conference center, a bar, gym, coffee bar, and restaurant with a lounge terrace. In addition, Orion Campus has a business center on the ground floor.

Orion Campus has a total of 11,200 m2 of office space, spread over three separate buildings (East, West & Central). The conference center has five fully equipped meeting rooms and its own bar, making it ideal for meetings, presentations, or small conferences.

The Central Building of Orion Campus houses ‘The Bar’: a fully-fledged community area with a coffee bar serving breakfast and lunch and a fantastic lounge terrace. The integrated design of the entire entrance area creates a space that is suitable for a variety of formal and informal meetings.

Orion Campus opens its doors not only to tenants of the office complex, but also to outside visitors.

The complex is fully sustainable and has an energy label A, partly thanks to the solar panels installed on the roof. Orion Campus also has an excellent ICT facility that has been awarded a Silver Certificate by WiredScore. This makes the prominent Hoofddorp office complex ‘ready for the future’.

The design is by the architectural firm Graziosi Progetti. The design chose to give Orion Campus an entirely Art Deco style. A style that is characterized by geometric prints and shapes, clean lines, and rich materials in an extensive color palette. Floors and walls are completely covered in marble, illuminated ceilings feature beautiful lines, and the interior is luxuriously furnished with rich fabrics.
