The Flow in Amsterdam Houthavens

UBS Asset Management has chosen to place the community area of its striking office building The Flow, located in Amsterdam’s Houthavens, under the management of Office Improvers. This unique building was previously awarded the title of smartest building of 2020 at the Real Estate Future Proof Awards.

Community Area

‘The Wolf’, as the community area of The Flow has been christened, is a multifunctional location on the fifth and top floor of the building. It offers stunning views of the rugged harbor area and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The space feels like a playful, smart environment, entirely at the service and disposal of the user, making it ideal as an extension of the office for the building’s tenants and their visitors.

Suitable for flexible working, informal meetings, breakfast and/or lunch, as well as for events that are as stimulating as the view. User-friendliness for visitors is the highest priority. The building should amaze, but above all, it should be hassle-free. The hospitality within The Flow is provided by Office Improvers in collaboration with D&B and Appèl, following the decision by UBS Asset Management.

Meetings

The showpiece for ‘formal meetings’, an essential part of office life in 2022, is the ‘360-degree boardroom’ in which images can be projected across the entire space for the ultimate experience. This room, in combination with the other meeting rooms available, completes the range of services offered to tenants and their guests.
